NAVY OYUN VE YAZILIM DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI
NAVY OYUN VE YAZILIM DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Navy Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Chameleon Guys, our other mobile games and applications, and our website (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your privacy rights and choices.
1. Data We Collect
Some game progress, lives, settings, notification preferences, and purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device. Local-only data is not collected by us unless it is transmitted for analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation, advertising, or support. Depending on how you use the Services and the permissions you grant, we or our service providers may process:
- Device and Identifier Data: A randomly generated player ID, IP address, device type or model, operating system and app version, language, country or approximate region, network information, SDK identifiers, and advertising identifiers such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID when available and permitted.
- Gameplay, Analytics, Advertising, and Diagnostic Data: Session timing, level progress, difficulty, scores, attempts, wins and failures, lives, settings interactions, ad impressions, ad rewards and related events, purchase status, notification permission or engagement events, crash logs, stack traces, and performance information.
- Purchase, Support, and Contact Data: Product identifiers, transaction or entitlement status, and limited receipt-validation information provided by Apple or Google. If you contact us, we may also receive your email address, message, player ID, device details, and any information you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process information as necessary to provide the Services, based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving them, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. We use information to:
- Provide gameplay, save local progress, manage lives, deliver rewards, verify purchases, and maintain settings.
- Configure and improve levels, difficulty, balancing, features, and overall player experience.
- Measure usage, diagnose crashes, monitor performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain security.
- Display, measure, personalize where permitted, and limit the frequency of advertisements.
- Respond to support requests, communicate important service information, and comply with applicable law.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party SDKs and platform services to operate the Services. These providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, usage, advertising, purchase, consent, and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. They may act as our service providers or, for certain advertising and platform activities, as independent controllers. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Our Partners (Advertising, Analytics, and Platform Services)

- Unity Technologies (game technology, Unity Ads, and related platform services) - Privacy Policy
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Audience Network and Facebook SDK services) - Privacy Policy
- Liftoff Mobile, Inc. (Liftoff Monetize, formerly Vungle) - Privacy Policy

Apple and Google also process information when you download the app, make a purchase, restore a purchase, or use their platform services. Please review the privacy terms of your app store and the providers above for details about their practices.
3.1. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. We receive limited transaction information, such as the product purchased, transaction status, entitlement, and validation data needed to deliver or restore the purchase, prevent fraud, and provide support.
4. Your Rights, Choices, and Consent
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal data, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under some laws; available device and consent controls can be used to limit them.
- Advertising and Notifications: On iOS, manage tracking under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, manage advertising choices under Settings > Privacy > Ads. Where required, you may revisit advertising consent through the in-game privacy options. Notifications can be disabled in your device settings.
- Privacy Requests: Contact us using the email below and include your player ID where available so we can identify relevant records. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
5. Data Retention
Locally stored game data generally remains until you reset the game, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Information processed by us or our providers is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, analytics, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, and is then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Third-party retention periods are governed by their policies and legal obligations.
6. Security
We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including secure transmission where appropriate and access controls. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our providers, or applicable law. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
