These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (navygamestudio.com), Chameleon Guys, and our other mobile games and applications distributed through the App Store and Google Play (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by NAVY OYUN VE YAZILIM DANISMANLIK SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Navy Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required in your country. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, lives, rewards, advertisements, purchases, or game progress, or assist others in doing so.
  • Copy, sell, rent, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Interfere with security or operation, access systems or data without authorization, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent purchases, refunds, advertising interactions, or support requests.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all associated software, gameplay systems, characters, artwork, text, audio, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, data, and other content are owned by Navy Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our names, logos, or content without prior written permission.

4. Ads, Purchases, Virtual Items, and Third-Party Services

The free version may display interstitial ads and offer optional rewarded ads. In Chameleon Guys, the non-consumable “No Ads” purchase removes interstitial ads and enables offline play; optional rewarded ads may remain available when you choose to view them. Internet access may still be required for purchases, restoration, optional ads, support, updates, and certain platform services. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Prices, taxes, payment, refunds, and restoration are governed by the applicable store. Lives, rewards, boosts, and similar virtual items are licensed, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Optional local notifications can be disabled in device settings. Third-party stores, advertising, analytics, and platform services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. On Apple platforms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies; platform rules control where required.

5. Availability, Updates, and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. We may update, rebalance, add, remove, or discontinue levels, difficulty, rewards, advertisements, features, or compatibility, and an update may be required to continue using the Services. Locally stored progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, reset your device, or change devices. Purchase restoration depends on the applicable store and account. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navy Games and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption arising from or related to the Services. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Suspension, Changes, and Governing Law

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a Service. We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and, where required, providing additional notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or rights available in your country. Disputes will be handled by the courts or authorities competent under applicable law.
